The Marapé Dunes are a tourist complex located in the municipality of Jequiá da Praia, approximately 60 km from Maceió, Alagoas. This destination is known for the harmonious meeting between the Jequiá River and the Atlantic Ocean, offering visitors a unique combination of beach, river, mangroves, and cliffs.
Attractions and Activities:
Beach and River: The region is famous for the meeting of the dark waters of the Jequiá Lagoon with the turquoise-blue sea, creating an ideal setting for swimming in both the river and the sea.
Boat Trips through the Mangroves: Offers the opportunity to explore the rich local biodiversity and appreciate the mangrove ecosystem.
Caetés Trail: An ecological hike that allows direct contact with the fauna and flora of the region, as well as the opportunity to observe the traditional capture of crabs. Pau de Arara Circuit: A tour that takes visitors to Jacarecica do Sul Beach, known for its reddish cliffs that are up to 15 meters high.

- In cases of rain or storms that endanger the lives of guests, the tour will be canceled and rescheduled for another day.
- Due to the tide table, the tour schedule may be subject to change.
- There is a day use fee of R$120.00 per person at the support point, which is only payable by guests who wish to use the restaurant.
